The use of ROZ ceramic knives requires naturally certain care and attention:

Do not drop the knife as this can cause the blade to break.

Do not use the knife for grating.

Do not use the knife as a lever.
-
Do not twist the knife during the cutting process.
-
Do not use to cut frozen goods, bones, or fish bones.
-
Do not stock your ceramic knives with other hard object but stock it in their boxes.

Careful! A breaking of the blade is not taken into account in the warranty.
If it looses its sharpness, you can send your knife back at this address (at your charge):

We will send it back to you re-sharpened (at our charge)
